</td> </tr> <tr><td colspan="3" class="bodytext_10pt"> <!-- CONTENT : start --> GEORGE TOWN, MALAYSIA - Three men were caught with three suspected Chinese call girls in their rooms when police raided a hotel spa and reflexology centre in Macalister Road. All three couples were naked and in compromising positions when police stormed into the rooms. Police also rounded up eight other Chinese nationals who were hiding under the bed and inside the bathroom in another room on the fourth floor of the hotel.
They also found used condoms inside the toilet bowls and lubricants when they raided the premises at 4.30pm on Wednesday. Police arrested another 10 Chinese nationals in the spa located on the third floor of the hotel. All of them were working as masseuses. State deputy CID chief Supt Nashir Ya said they found a flask filled with condoms in the spa.
Police also seized oral antiseptic, an undisclosed amount of cash, a customers' list, hotel receipts and a little black book containing details of the women's earnings. Supt Nashir said they would question the 21 Chinese nationals aged between 21 and 36. He said that besides the women, they also nabbed four pimps, two spa managers, a hostess, a cashier and two hotel employees who had obstructed police from carrying out their duties.
They are all locals, with ages ranging between 30 and 49. The three men were questioned by the police but released after being taken to the Patani Road police station. Supt Nashir said they had remanded the Chinese nationals for 14 days under the Immigration Act for violation of their social visit passes. He said initial investigations revealed that a syndicate brought the women into the country less than a month ago. Supt Nashir said the locals had also been remanded.
