While glaciers often melt rapidly, Perito Moreno in Los Glaciares National Park, Argentina, has remained unchanged for the last 100 years. Since the 19th century, this glacier has advanced at least 800 meters (2,625 feet), and is expected to withstand the impacts of a warming climate.
