Actually, I find distance running and distance swimming workouts mostly in the mind especially in the first 15 to 20mins. Once I pass that struggling first 15 to 20mins, my body goes on auto mode and get use to the Zone 4 and Zone 5 heart rate and can cheong all the way to the end...Can complete 10km under 60mins is considered fit. Some nsf can't even do it
