25 yearold Masters student in Biotechnology being conned this way? Hard to believe. Of course there are thousands of "universities" worldwide that award degrees, etc for a fee. However, Singaporeans have a mistaken believe that paper qualifications equals intelligence. (Even from recognised institutions). I have a degree but I only became "intelligent" after years of growing up as an adult and working and learning from many people, (graduates and non graduates) and making mistakes and learning from those mistakes.
