22-year-old man arrested for snatch theft

SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a 22-year-old man who allegedly committed snatch theft in Jurong West.
The suspect allegedly approached a woman at about 2:45pm on 4 March to borrow her mobile phone.
While the victim was still holding her mobile phone in her hand, the suspect snatched it and fled.
The suspect was caught in the vicinity of Jurong West Central on 22 March.
He'll be charged in Court on 23 March.
