The blogger suggested that the Northern Mats has scrapped the silly ISA laws. The Northern Mats did so after Umno nationalists lost the 2/3 majority and has now has to pay some decent attention to the 'enlightened' Rakyat and improve their retail politics.

2. High defence spendings have some plus points for the regime. Firstly it covers up the budget shortfalls due to Defence Ministry incompetence and inept accounting. Secondly, Ruler Loong is able to create corp of loyal army goons via patronage system. As Old Autocrat hinted, he will learn from the Thai Privy Council and stage coups if political dissenters are able to defeat his ruling party during a freak Procedural Erection.

GRCs are the 'buy one get 3/4 lackeys free' scams designed to allow the regime to retain its 2/3 parliamentary majority with minimal resources. The idea is to helm each GRC with a minion to hookwink peasants that boons can be secured with a minion's presence. The regime has used this scam to bring in loyal lackeys who are unable to win erections on their own. For example, the peasants balked Marboro Tan in his first Potong Pasir Procedural Erection and the latter has to be parachuted behind coat tails of another high profile minion. Recently the idiotic Tin Pot Ling was co-opted as a Peasant's Representative by hiding behind the pants of ex-Regent Woody in Marine Parade.
In addition, the regime mastered gerrymandering from the Yanks and Brits. Many rebellious wards were absorbed or dissolved into various GRCs e.g. Anson.
The monkey relations between grassroots and ruling party are also used by the regime to balk political dissenters' presence in heartlands. For example, despite losing the Aljunied and Hougang wards, regime grassroot loyalists in those wards routinely make things difficult for the triumphant Labour Party to raise their political profile in many social or kampung events. Merchants associations in those wards were also warned to only invite regime losers' in Aljunied and Hougang to grace their events with rebellious organisers threaten with punitive measures e.g. no permits. The grassroot advisor position is still retained by the regime's losing candidate in Hougang. This is glaringly abuse because elected Peasants' Representative nominally become the advisors in other wards.

4. Limiting foreigner serf population will never be considered by the regime. Foreign serfs are important because they are used to retain or attract foreign direct investments. FDIs are important for wealth extraction by the regime for financial viability. Foreign serfs depress local wages, generate levy incomes, have no political rights and increase consumption for national corporations and cartels, SMRT, S'pore Power. Wheras local peasants are ingrates, moaners and usually 'cry father and cry mother' using Nordic countries as a model and tend to make life difficult for Ruler Loong during Procedural Erections.

5. More scholarships foreigners and National Serfship for Peasants.
In his Godfather novel, Puzo noted the Godfather provided scholarships to poor lads because he can count on them returning favours when they become notable members of society. In the same vein, the regime decided that a grateful foreigner will make better return on investment since local peasants have to migrate to balk the regime. Grateful foreigners turned local peasants usually make better lackeys and minions e.g. Penang Laksa Cow. Those new migrants are likely to cum up with more vile policies and offer defense that local peasants must be grateful to the regime by using regional basketcases as examples.

6. Resist implementing minimum wage as the blogger noted that Northern Mats and vile Cantonese Hongkis have done so. It is unlikely in Peasantpore. Peasantpore is a rent driven economy solely dependent on foreign direct investments. It is a high tech sweatshop for Nihons and Ang Mohs seeking cheap labour. After securing power from the Brits and Northern Mats, Old Autocrat, wary of a rebel using his old trick to gain political power, took over the unions and castrated many unionists. One Nair was suppressed and proclaimed to be a drunkard for resisting Old Autocrat's plan to neutralise the unions as a political force to check the regime's excesses.

9. Cow of 'Nay to UN Human Rights Declaration', not killing it is a no brainer. A despotic leaning regime has no business cozying up the the UN Human Rights Declaration. Notable failed state examples are North Korea, former Soviet Union and middle eastern tinpot regime. Peasantpore stands out as one of the rare wealthy state to suppress human rights. Violations are using financial ruinous suits and show trials for political foes and liberally using ISA decrees to detain political dissenters till Kingdom cums.

10. Cow of 'No transparency and accountability for GIC and Temasick'. Alarm bells should and must ring if your papa and wife are running the two soverign grade investment funds. Ang Moh and Nihons will smell dirty business. Such nepotic arrangements are usually frowned upon in decent states e.g. Nordic states and New Zealand. 11. Minimal universal healthcare scheme cow should not be culled as if the regime can help it. Peasants who dabbled in economics noted Peasantpore having the best paid health minion but spends the least among rich states in health care. The regime wants peasants to die rather than spend resources to keep them alive. In addition, there is persistent underinvestment in chronic healthcare management and most minions love to cull old peasants by packing them off to JB hospice (Penang Laksa Cow) or starving them with only 300 peanuts per month (Half Breed Viv).

12. Sky high pigeonhole prices and link to market is another wealth extraction tactic, a fat cash cow. Peasants who loathe consumption are force to pay median $600 as rental for leased pigeonholes under 10-22 years loan tenures. Furthermore these long term lease-loans provides interest income for regime who refused to reveal cost price of pigeonholes that are estimated at $150k-$200k based on prevailing technology and building costs. Pigeonholes are sold for $500k to partly help Ruler Loong balance the budget as foreign direct investments slowed relatively while the economy matured.

13. No unemployment insurance holy cow slaughtering is impossible as Ruler Loong rather see jobless desperate peasants jump onto MRT trains. Ruler Loong rather pay his minons and lackeys well, provide free scholarships to foreigners and use evil annuities rather than ensure jobless peasants have short term payouts to pay their skyhigh bills without killing themselves.

14. Never Supplement Compelled Pension Fishtraps for old peasants.
As explained briefly, Ruler Loong, inept state administrator is running out of rent extraction dollars. He used the British trick of using Annuities to scam peasants into giving up their pensions. The Mathematical game theory enabled his minions to design the annuities in such a way that most peasants will die before they see principal in the form as payouts. And for those peasant women and elderly who do not have pensions, they are better off dead as Annuities are not free and requires initial principal to join the scam.

15. Fat hope reducing GST and low taxes for corporate and high income cash cow.
Ruler Loong has an ingenious answer for raising Consumption Tax....'help the poor by taxing them more'. What can one peasant say in reply to his Ruler? He do better by kowtowing and praising him as Josephine the Suzhou Loser did so. Footnote: Idiotic Suzhou Loser Jos Teo was promoted despite her inability to resolve problems. During the MRT breaksdown press conferences, she merely stand behind No Porn Lui and look pretty. Why should Ruler Loong increase taxes for foreign merchants who give him investments? Ruler Loong will rather squeeze peasants with more taxes than force his minions and lackeys to pay more taxes despite world beating stipends for them?!

16. Parachuting elites to nationalised and other friendly foreign merchant corporation.
This is a trick learnt from Nippon or 大日本帝国. It is known as 'Amakudari' or 'Descend from Heaven'. Retired lackeys act as middlemen between regime and merchants. These retired lackeys act as eyes and ears for the regime and foreign merchants secured informal access to Ruler Loong, a win-win scenario for both parties to conduct their dodgy deals at peasants' expense. For example, many armed forces goons are seconded to various state owned enterprises. Clever Uncle Sam MNCs e.g. one oil major used to hired Ruler Loong's Kwa Uncle as the Country Manager for decades.

17. Cheap but low productivity foreign labor cash cow is impossible to be killed as explained earlier. Cheap serfs are welcome by foreign merchants. In addition, vast numbers of cheap serfs provide good businesses for local merchants as they consume goods and services, jacking up property prices at the same time.

18. Break the transport cartels and you break one of regime's profitable cash cows. Transport cartels serve wealth extraction role by running profitable public transport business with persistent fare hikes and occassional handouts by No Porn Lui and Tarman ($900 million to buy buses). Wealth is transferred from peasants to transport cartel shareholder Temasick. This funding serves as a cash cow as Ho Jinx has a high dollar burn rate when it cums to failed investments or speculative gambles. In addition, Ruler Loong runs other scam by transferring tax-payer dollars to peasants as uilities' rebates. Such a move merely turned tax payer dollars into profits for utilities who then fund their mega-projects to secure another series of funding from the regime, creative accounting!

19. An Asiatic society requires anti-democracy laws to function properly as Asiatic cultures do not promote thinking to prosper in a democracy. Same trick is used in basket cases like Burma, Brunei or North Korea.

20. Asiatic education system love "test more and reason less". The system is rigged to divert peasant students from learning to reason to passing exams. Thinking peasant students will often ask difficult questions, questions that make Ruler Loong look like a fool.
