法庭文件显示，被告与女友李彩玲（19岁）认识5个月后便交往，两人原订在今年5月18日结婚，连喜帖也分发出去了，不过被告女友却在今年3月与被告提出分手，女方的母亲也代她打给被告的母亲要求取消婚礼。两人共交往了1年3个月。

被告为此感到惊讶，曾经上门找前女友，但前女友反叫警察上门。
