Rain or shine, 75-year-old cleaner Mr Yong Tze Nam starts work at 7am and ends at 12pm.
And for his diligence and commitment to the job, he was awarded 'Best Cleaner' of the Northeast district by the National Environment Agency.
For that, he will get a $100 voucher and a certificate. The sole breadwinner told RazorTV that the best part of the job was when the children living in the block calls him 'grandpa'.
