Boy, 15, uploads sex clips of girl, 13 without her knowledge

SINGAPORE - A 15-year-old student was hauled to court for filming himself having sex with a 13-year-old schoolmate and uploading the clip onto the Internet.
The teen and his victim cannot be named due to a gag order.
The court heard that the teen, now 17 years old, first met the girl during a school softball activity in January 2009, The Straits Times reported.
They proceeded to have sex three months later and in February 2010, he persuaded her to give him oral sex.
After that, he requested oral sex repeatedly from her, and even recorded one session without her knowledge and kept it in a folder in his computer labelled "B****".
He later uploaded the clip online with the title "Singapore teen b******". He also revealed her name and telephone number in the post.
In July 2010, he threatened to upload the video online when she refused to give him oral sex. Not knowing the video had already been posted online, she reluctantly agreed to perform oral sex on him.
Her ordeal grew worse when she began receiving calls from strangers who had watched the video and asked her for oral sex.
She confronted him but he denied posting the video. They broke up but met again in December 2010, where he persuaded her to have sex with him again.
The victim finally told a teacher and a police report was made.
The teen pleaded guilty to 21 counts of sex with a minor, insulting her modesty, criminal intimidation, possession of obscene video clips and the theft of three bicycles.
His sentence is pending reports gauging his suitability for probation and for reformative training, which will be ready next month.
