the expansion plans were mooted way, way back, when they had a stall in s'pore swimming club and when the competition was less.
the stall at tiong bahru food centre near the washrooms (run by the lady and sometimes her son) is much better for my regular fix of beef noods :thumbsup:

The silly sinkie towkay admitted that the reason for the shop's closure was because of her decision to not automate and make her cooking process more efficient. There's no good reason to keep using hand-sliced methods other than it has been done that way for the past 108 years.

The stupid woman is brainless. Complain about lack of manpower but still stubborn and insist on no automation.
