张秀卿（英文名：Chang, Hsiu Chin），中国台湾艺人。曾以以一曲《车站》走红，曾获得第六届台湾金曲奖“最佳方言演唱奖”。她的歌声非常的多面，擅长模仿的她能唱各种不同的歌，比如叶爱玲、蔡秋凤、邓丽君、凤飞飞等台湾昔日当红女歌手，甚至还能模仿张宇等男歌手。
年幼时的张秀卿，堪称为歌唱比赛长胜军，只要她一出赛，几乎都不会空手而归。虽然她的歌唱表现标青，但她还是在参加了上千场的歌唱比赛后，才获得唱片公司的青睐。
1993年，《车站》一曲夺得金曲奖年度最佳方言歌曲大奖，过后，张秀卿就趁胜追击推出另一张专辑《想厝的心情》。由于这首歌和《车站》都是描述离乡背井的心情，所以张秀卿唱得非常投入，1994年，张秀卿凭着《想厝的心情》这张专辑夺得金曲奖最佳台语女演唱人大奖串模仿张宇等男歌手.
