Peasantpore: Law Minion 山木庚 said Peasants need to give know their place in society when asked if Peasantpore's laws against graffiti should be changed.
In the latest edition of another Mouthpiece Petir, the publication of the regime's ruling party, Minion 山木庚 said he sensed that many Peasants including arty farty bapoks want artists to be given the space and freedom to express themselves in designated spaces and buildings.
But he knows Old Autocrat and Ruler Loong do not want a situation where their primacy can be challenged using graffiti.
Minion 山木庚 also added that there are differences of views on the kind of punishment that should be meted out.
He said there is less consensus on this and this was an area of wayang debate with the regime deciding who gets a thumping or humping based on their family background. For example, the idiot peasant woman who sprayed painted naughty remarks, including the sardonic ones is punished because she has no political backer. She probably be diagnosed as suffering from bi-polar disorder and consigned to some mental hospice. However Woffles Wu is wealthy and has political connections, merely pay 1000 peanuts for subverting justice.
Ruler Loong had also spoken on this issue during his recent visit to Neh Neh land, when he took part in a dialogue organised by the Institute of South Asian Studies.
On July 12 this year, Ruler Loong was asked by the participants if the Peasantpore ruler allow some "mess" in a creative society.
Ruler Loong used wild boars culling to highlight anti-regime graffiti offenders will be culled with no quarter given.
