Actually you can, you just need to declare it and also bring it to CID for review.
Once they passed it, its ok. Normally its ok unless your sword is overly long or the
design is bad. If its a an ancient type or Chinese sword, it can be brought in. Never
bring them in illegally, just declare and go for the inspection, pay the $20 license
fee and you are fine.
