Lu Weicong pointed out that the police officers shot the attackers legally and reasonably.

[Sing Tao Daily News] The Commissioner of Police, Lu Weicong, met with the media. On the 11th National Day, there was a continuous riot in Hong Kong and Kowloon in the New Territories. The police opened six live ammunitions all day. They were fired at Mong Kok 2 and fired at Tsuen Wan. And Sha Tsui Road and Sha Tin Road.

Lu Weicong pointed out that the mob attacked the police officers with long sticks, pointed hard objects and petrol bombs. Some police officers broke their blood. The police officers once warned against invalidation. They were forced to decide to shoot and use live ammunition, which is legal and reasonable. One of the police officers was pushed down in the Da River Road in Tsuen Wan. A large number of thugs stepped forward to use the pointed hard objects to insert them into the police officers. They also used bricks and stones to attack the rescued police officers. The police officers on the scene were seriously threatened and shot. The 18-year-old mob was injured in the left shoulder position and was awake when he was sent to the hospital. He pointed out that some mobs were even more ignorant of their own safety and threw petrol bombs at the injured mob and police officers. After the incident, the police officers stopped the blood and blocked the scene to prevent further attacks on the injured and rescuers.

Lu Weicong also countered that the distance of the shooting was not controlled by the police officers. The mobs took the initiative to attack the police officers at close range. The police officers decided to shoot between the electric and the flint. For the position of the gun close to the heart, the police described it as the left shoulder. Lu Weicong pointed out that if the hospital administration checks in the future, if the injury affects other places, the hospital can provide more information. The police did not distort the facts. The police only provided the known information.

Lu Weicong appealed to the demonstrators if they have a lofty ideal, please calmly calm the society, and never use violence to reach the demands. Lu Weicong stressed that the police will continue to do their utmost to maintain law and order to maintain order, but we need everyone to work together to make Hong Kong calm.

YANGON (REUTERS) - The 18-year-old protester shot in the chest by Hong Kong police this week was throwing bricks and "rioting" at the time he was wounded, a prosecutor told a court packed with his supporters on Friday (Oct 4).
Tsang Chi Kin, also known as Tony Tsang, who was shot at close range on Tuesday as he fought officers with what appeared to be a white pole, has been charged with rioting, which carries a maximum 10-year sentence, and assaulting a police officer.
The prosecutor said Tsang was more violent than others who have attended recent rallies, which began after the government announced its intention to introduce an extradition law.

The proposed legislation, which would have meant the possibility of people facing trial in mainland courts, has been withdrawn, but the protests have evolved into a broad pro-democracy movement.
A judge set bail at HK$5,000 (S$880) and banned Tsang, who according to his lawyer is in a hospital intensive care unit in a stable condition, from leaving the city.
After the hearing, hundreds of supporters, some crying, clapped and chanted, "thank you", to the lawyer who represented him.

They also opened umbrellas to form a tunnel outside the court to shield the identity of other arrested protesters who appeared in court.

The Armed Police "Fengfeng" confrontation welcomes the sniper's disguised world

From November 6th to 9th, the sniper from the 49th unit of the first "Xiaofeng" special service unit of the Armed Police Force staged a wonderful sniper attack on the mountain forest.

"Hey!" Among the weeds of half a person's height, a camouflage lurking sniper aimed at the hidden camouflage target 100 meters away to break the gun, and the gun hit the target.

The sniper who finished the game stood up and was shocked by the "onlookers" outside the area. It turned out that he "hidden" here! The reporters’ expression of “I’m buddy” is in stark contrast to the calmness and calmness of the sniper players.

"A successful sniper must be good at two things. One is to use his own sniper rifle, the other is to hide himself from being discovered by the enemy." The sniper Gao Maozhen of the armed police of Heilongjiang, who got the full score, said that the camouflage The importance of lurking.

On the battlefield, a sniper who is not good at disguise, waiting for him must be death. As a "ghost" on the battlefield, snipers must not only have the hard work of "one shot to defeat the enemy", but also possess the camouflage skills of "invading the invisible".

Let us walk into the sniper's disguised world together. Can you recognize them?

If the full facial photo of the policeman is shown all over, wonder if he will be respected or lynched.

The 3 policemen who drew their guns did not fire warning shots. From another angle, it is seen that the policeman was already aiming his gun at the protestor before the latter move towards him.

HONG KONG: Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam said on Saturday (Oct 5) "extreme violence" in the Asian financial hub had justified her decision to invoke emergency powers for the first time in half a century, following a night of violent protests.
Transportation in the former British colony was paralysed as Hong Kong's metro system stayed shut on Saturday, following Friday's chaos, in which police shot a teenage boy and protesters torched businesses and metro stations.

"The radical behaviour of rioters took Hong Kong through a very dark night, leaving society today half-paralysed," Lam said, in her first comments since Friday's ban on face masks ordered on the basis of the emergency provisions.

"The extreme violence clearly illustrated that Hong Kong's public safety is widely endangered," she said in a pre-recorded television announcement.
"That's the concrete reason that we had to invoke emergency law yesterday to introduce the anti-mask law."
Demonstrators have used face masks to conceal their identities in increasingly violent protests that have roiled the city for four months.

The protests began in opposition to a Bill introduced in April that would have allowed extradition to mainland China, but have since spiraled into a broader broader movement for more rights.
After Friday's violence, rail operator MTR Corp took the unprecedented step of shutting down the entire network, which carries about 5 million passengers each day, while shopping malls and supermarkets also closed.
Further demonstrations are planned across Hong Kong through Monday, which is a public holiday, but it was not immediately clear how the transport shutdown would affect them.
UN human rights chief Michelle Bachelet said Saturday she was "troubled" by Hong Kong's increasingly violent protests, and stressed that any measures to quell the unrest must be grounded in law.
"We are troubled by the high levels of violence associated with some demonstrations that have been taking place in the past days," Bachelet said during a visit to Malaysia.
She said she was "alarmed" by injuries to police, protesters and journalists covering the demonstrations.
"I strongly condemn all acts of violence from all sides," she added.
Asked about the ban on face coverings, she said: "We believe that any restriction must have a legitimate and formal basis in law, has to be proportionate."
"Freedom of peaceful assembly ... should be enjoyed without restriction to the greatest extent possible. But on the other hand, we cannot accept people who use masks to provoke violence."

(擷取自lihkg.com)

Forbidden mask method! Hong Kong people worry about the next step in network control. Lin Zhengyue did not respond positively.

On the 4th, the Hong Kong Government cited an emergency law to ban people from being masked. Since the emergency law on behalf of the Government can enact any legislation on the current situation and face the public's fear that the Internet will be regulated, the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, Mrs Carrie Lam, did not respond positively. (LIHKG) from time to time to send out the fake news of the crash, filled with uncertainty.
(taken from lihkg.com)
After the promulgation of the Masked Mask Law, the public was worried that the Internet would be regulated. In addition, Hong Kong Chief Executive Lin Zhengyue did not respond positively. "Lian Deng" (LIHKG) also reported false news from time to time, and other netizens were quite anxious. (taken from lihkg.com)

According to a comprehensive Hong Kong media report, Internet users of Hong Kong Broadband (HKBN) and SmarTone failed to connect to the reverse platform (LIHKG) on the 4th, saying that the two Internet companies cooperated with the government to implement network control, but The alleged Hong Kong Broadband and Smartone were denied by the statement. SmarTone and the Hong Kong Broadband Statement stated that there is no restriction on the Internet. You can log in to the company as usual. If you are not able to browse, you may have to go to your own. In fact, even the company has been attacked by a small number of people in the past few days, resulting in intermittent stops.

In a piece of uncertainty, Lin Zhengyue was repeatedly asked at the press conference on the 4th whether he would ban the discussion area, the telegraph software, the media review, the curfew, etc., and did not respond positively. The outside world has an imaginary space.

In the press conference of Lin Zhengyue on the 4th, some media first asked about the use of the emergency law to establish a forbidden mask. How will the government use this "supreme power" in the future, whether it will ban Telegram, even the discussion area, and even implement foreign exchange control. In response, the Financial Secretary, Chen Maobo, responded that Hong Kong will definitely not implement foreign exchange controls because Article 112 of the Basic Law states that "the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not implement foreign exchange control policies. Hong Kong dollars are freely convertible. Continue to open foreign exchange, gold, securities, futures, etc. Market. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government guarantees the flow of funds and freedom of movement."

As for other aspects such as the Internet, Mrs Lam said that if the situation worsens, the Government should continue to consider ways to deal with it, but stress that this is not a "supreme power." Subsequently, Lin Zhengyue was asked at least twice whether he would ban Telegram and banned the company. She said that she had not disclosed it.

Lin Zhengyue’s ban on the next step of the Hong Kong Government pointed out that if the violence has increased, the authorities feel that the means to be used under the existing law should be carefully considered as a responsible government. These have been internal inspections so far. It is not convenient to disclose it. She also reiterated that the Hong Kong Government is very determined to fight violence. The authorities will not give up if the current law allows it. Some reporters later asked whether the Hong Kong Government would conduct media censorship. Lin Zhengyue quoted the Secretary for Justice, Zheng Ruoxi, as saying that freedom is not unlimited and needs to be balanced in consideration of specific circumstances.
