不满被骂“siao” 火爆男撞脚踏车打骑士​

男子不满被骑士骂，撞了脚踏车，再拳打骑士，加上涉及其他毒品案件以及辱骂公务员，被判监禁三年五周和罚款2000元。
被告林永汉（34岁）星期一（6月19日）早上承认伤人、吸毒、骚扰等四项罪名，另两项交由法官下判时一并考虑。

案发于去年7月11日中午约12时50分，地点是宏茂桥5道第611座组屋一带。

根据案情，被告当时骑着电单车去他的店铺，受害者则骑着脚踏车等待交通灯。被告在受害者身前突然试图U转，受害者吓到并喊道：“Siao啊！”

被告怀恨在心，让女友下车后，骑车追上受害人，在组屋楼下的电梯口附近故意撞上受害人的脚踏车，导致对方从车上摔倒在地。

之后，受害人为了不激怒被告，连忙道歉，但被告不仅威胁说将毁坏他的脚踏车，还在受害者靠近时开始对他拳打脚踢，导致受害者的下巴、胸口、左膝与小腿出现两处淤青与三处割伤。

案情也揭露，去年4月26日下午，被告在宏茂桥组屋楼下非吸烟区吸烟，两名国家公园局的执法人员上前要求被告给出个人资料，被告竟拒绝并离开。执法人员跟上被告，被告被激怒，开始推搡执法人员，就算警方到场后，他也爆粗口辱骂。

被告在2007年就曾因吸毒被判坐牢16个月，去年9月更是在尿检中检验出冰毒成分，被告承认曾在芽笼购买冰毒，并在附近咖啡店厕所吸食。

被告庭上求情时说，他已有近八年没犯罪。法官最终判被告坐牢三年五周，罚款2000元。（人名译音）

Cyclist calls man ‘crazy’ for making sudden U-turn​

Lianhe Zaobao reported the incident occurred on July 11, 2022, along Block 611 at Avenue 5 in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore at 12.50pm.

According to the facts of the case, the suspect, 34-year-old Lin Yonghan (transliteration) and the cyclist were waiting at a traffic light. Out of nowhere, Lin made a U-turn and frightened the cyclist, who shouted, “Siao ah! (Crazy ah!)”.

Angered by the cyclist’s words, Lin dropped his girlfriend off and chased after the victim before intentionally knocking into his bicycle near the elevator entrance of the residential block, causing him to fall off the bicycle.

In an attempt to soothe Lin, the cyclist quickly apologised for the incident but to no avail. Instead, Lin threatened to destroy his bicycle before raining down punches and kicks on him, leaving him with bruises and cuts to his chin, chest, left knee, and lower leg.

Lin was eventually hauled to court and had the case heard before the judge yesterday (June 19).

Jailed for 3 years and fined​

During the court hearing, Lin pleaded guilty to a total of four charges, which included the assault case as well as as drug abuse and verbally abusing a public servant.

In addition to the assault case, court documents revealed that Lin was caught smoking in a non-smoking area below a residential block. When approached by two National Parks Board officers who asked for his personal information, Lin refused to comply and left.

However, the officers continued to follow Lin, further agitating him and causing him to shove them and spew vulgarities at them even after police arrived at the scene.

It was also revealed that Lin had previously been sentenced to 16 months in prison in 2007 for drug abuse and tested positive for methamphetamine in a urine test last September, where he admitted to purchasing it at Geylang and consuming it at a nearby café’s restroom.

During plea mitigation, Lin said he had not committed any crimes for nearly 8 years and was later sentenced to 3 years and 5 weeks of imprisonment and fined S$2,000

It is very rude to scold people siao. I remember Lee Kuan Yew loved to scold people siao when he was younger
