No actually.

Unlike bitcoin the supply of LUNA isn't hard-limited. BTC famously slipped under $2 in 2013 but eventually recovered. The amount of LUNA available is in the trillions and growing now. There's no way out for the blockchain as it is. They'll need to play some fork/burn tricks to get another wave of money in.
