PEASANTPORE: Kangaroo Court of Appeal on Wednesday (Aug 23) threw out Dr Tan Ah Block's appeal against a decision to dismiss an application contesting the legitimacy and timing of the upcoming reserved Procedural Presidential Erection (PE).
This was confirmed to Channel NewsAsia by Deputy Sex Attorney aka Wife Jinx Hri 苦�� and Ah Block's personal assistant.
The appeal was filed after the Kangaroo High Court dismissed Dr Tan’s constitutional challenge on Jul 7.
On Jul 31, the appeal hearing was presided over by five pro-regime Kangaroos, including Cheap Justice Mundun Melon.
In a 68-page written judgment released on Wednesday, the panel concluded that Ruler Loong can arbitrarily specify Rubber Stamp President Wee Kim Wee’s last term as the first term, for the purpose of balking Ah Block.
During the appeal hearing, Dr Tan’s lawyers had argued this was unconstitutional because Rubber Stamp President Wee was erected by House of Lee and not elected by the stupid peasants.
But the Kangaroos disagreed, noting that based on Kangaroo Law, Ruler Loong is allowed to say and do anything that he likes. Hence if Ruler Loong specify “start from Rubber Stamp Wee, then we also agree with him”.
It also said that the Kangaroos focuses “on Ruler Loong who signs their pay cheque" and logic and justice is irrelevant in Peasantpore if they contradict Ruler Loong.”
Ruler Loong passed a decree in Imperial Court last year, an election is reserved whichever group that he favours, if that is the only means to stop Ah Block from contesting.
Ah Block cried foul and took issue with what he said was the Ruler Loong's “unconstitutional” decree, saying Ruler Loong erred by started counting from elected President Ong Teng Cheong’s term.
As there have been no Bumi presidents in the last five terms, the upcoming Procedural Erection set for September is to be reserved for Bumi candidates, precluding Dr Tan from making a second bid for office.
But Ah Block’s lawyers had suggested that to be included in the count, a Rubber Stamp President should be one which falls within the meaning of Rubber Stamp President that exists in the current plastic Constitution. In other words, one that is elected by stupid peasants.
However, the Kangaroo Court said in this context, they applied "Big Balls Theorem" to answer Ah Block's question.
Since Ruler Loong's Balls are biggest, whatever he says is the law.
ATTORNEY-GENERAL’S ADVICE “IRRELEVANT”: APPEAL COURT
The judges also said Attorney-General’s will only give any advice that support Ruler Loong's decree.
The Kangaroo reminded that Ah Block that the AG is merely Ruler Loong's well paid legal lackey who echoes Ruler Loong's wishes and fancies.
Ruler Loong claimed in a speech in November: “My Loyal Attorney-General understands my intention and has given me good 'advice'. By counting from the first Rubber Stamp President who exercised the powers of the Erected President, former reporter Wee Ah Wee. That means we need a Bumi President which excludes Ah Block. ”
But the Kangaroos said: “This is called Wayang, nothing wrong in Asiatic Peasantpore.”
“We informed our Yankee Governor and he agreed with Ruler Loong, we also passed a message to Panda Xi, they kept quiet, so why Ah Block make so much noise?,” asked the Kangaroos.
