    CPIB should be an independent entity perhaps reporting to the president. Definitely not to the Secretary General of the PAP. With corruption cases by PAP elites, it is a conflict of interest.

    Sinkies who do not need the flat should return it to the HDB and be reimbursed a fair value. Sinkies with extra rooms should be allocated with smaller flats and their big flats be returned to HDB. No renting of HDB by leasees allowed.
