Whatever it is, I think its high time that someone take ICA to court. They not only do things at their whims and fancy many of their policies actually infringe the basic rights of citizens of Singapore contain in the Constitution.
If one is in a fix, in most cases the other driver will give way. The only situation where the other driver is less gracious is where you want to jump queue. Of course there are drivers who are less gracious. But I dont think they form the majority of all the drivers on our roads.
The law regards a child of that age as incapable of forming any criminal intent. So charges would not be preferred against him. However, if the investigation revealed that his parents were negligent in allowing him access to the firearm charges may be preferred against the parents.
