Hi, Actually u r right. The black and white colonial look is quite nice. Put some outdoor bamboo blinds painted in black n white stripes to enhance the look further. Lots of these black n white bungalows in Sgp look wonderful. Great idea.

I do know that Setia still have some units available new that is less than 500k (ie for Malaysians only), even some units are 1.5 storey ones in the previous launches. They would be alot more reasonable...
