Born 1977. Educated at Victoria Sec School, then did his A levels at Victoria JC. Then joined the SAF at the age of 19 in 1996. Which means he join SAF right after A levels. So, tell me when did he find the time to do his 2 years NS? Or 2.5 years for officers in those days. Make no mistake, he is a NS defaulter.
 
Conscript army is very easily managed. Don’t need to motivate them to fight or any need to stay on longer.

All conscripts are just serving their sentence and their eyes are only on the ROD.
