SINGAPORE – Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State for Sustainability and the Environment, as well as for Transport, will not contest in the 2025 General Election after over two decades of service due to ‘personal reasons’.

Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong announced this in response to questions from the media at a press conference to unveil the PAP slate for Chua Chu Kang GRC and Bukit Gombak SMC on April 14, thanking Dr Khor for her many years of service.

He also paid tribute to how she brought together the community in Hong Kah North, as well as the wider area.

GKY announced that she is not contesting for "personal reasons". He could not say that the 67 year-old Khor was retiring, because he himself is 66 years old. :rolleyes::o-o::laugh:
