2. 8 hrs work\day at 1 bowl $3 per 3mins =avg 20 bowls / hr = $60/hr = $480/8hrs work =$12, 480/26days/mth. (with peak & lull hrs taken into avg consideration)

new rental - $4500/mth

Ultimately, that $4,500 increase in rental DOES NOT goes into Senior Minister of State of Sustainability and the Environment of Singapore Mdm Khor's personal pocket, but into our Nation's Treasury to fund social expenditures such as healthcare, education, infrastructure, security, etc, etc,,,, to UPLIFT Singaporean lives as much as we can. for progress & evolution of our Singapore Civilization, as our brave, self sacrificing forefathers & leaders had done to give us our todays...
It is only by fair DISTRIBUTION of wealth that a nation can progress & evolve, painful as it is to the selfish & lazy...but not to those whom are sadly in the few whom have a higher MORAL & bigger vision for societal progress, despite challenges posed....
My deep respect to Mdm Khor, regardless, if she has a degree, which she does have from established Uni, Master of Business Administration at San Jose State University. In 1997, she completed a Doctor of Philosophy, or not, as those whom had sought to cut her down & smear her, but she had proven to be a critical thinking leader, beginning with her selfless sacrifice over YEARS to serve citizens, in her constituency, in Parliament & Nation.
