China is experiencing a prolonged economic slowdown, which has led to a youth unemployment crisis.In 2023, the rate of 16 to 24-year-olds unable to find jobs reached a record high of 21.3 percent.Following the release of those figures, the government suspended reporting before revising its methodology to exclude university students.According to the latest figures, the rate is now 15.7 percent. Isn't this the same problem faced by local grads from NUS, NTU and SMU as the PAP opens our doors wide to unemployed PMEs (many with fake degrees) from India?

It's not the same problem.
We have jobs but it all given to FT.

China, their economy is running into ground by CCP Xi. No FT. The only FT are that are working there are English Teachers.

It is the same problem and same result: S'porean graduates are facing unemployment and underemployment.
 
Actually Tiong kok Can be very very strong and if they don't go and be too outrageous and brazen and start to bully people. They definitely replace USA in longer time.

Agree. Under the CCP Administration (not just Winnie), it's impossible. If under a similar Administration system like in Taiwan or Japan, there's a very good chance that it can overtake the USA in a matter of time.
 
I think it is the political structure and philosophy, is limiting the expansion of influence of china and their soft power itself.
