Tiger beers tastes best . Do you knows Tiger beers use pineapple skins as one of brewing ingredent ? Thats why old peoples cannot drinks Tiger beers too much , they are too liang . I also likes Guiness daft and Kilkenny .

Hello , I not talking about lan cheow and VD . Cooling and heaty foods is proved chinese medicine concepts . If you wants to live as long as me or Kwan Yew , then you better learns which foods to eats in moderation .
