Though Mr JBJ is no more, he dies a real gentleman. He was at the cul-de-sac when his opponents drew up dragnet to bring him down.
He could have been a PAP millionaire, rubberstamping every yes language, but he did not, he chose to live a righteous life to his last breath.
He told no lies ; he spoke for the people and fought fiercely against thugs and gangsters.
He may have gone but he has won spiritually, he has shown to the 66% voters that there is still compassion and love among humans, and upgrading and handouts are not everything in life.
It is the majority voters that don't deserve him.
When PAP collapses one day, the real picture will be pushed to the fucking faces of those voters who depend on SOFT RICE.
Old fart may have won physically, but inside him, fear will drive him to give up the ghost. He will die frustrated.
I salute you , Mr JBJ, you fought not like any yellow-belly cowards but a brave knight, standing up like a gentleman when you were hit bloodily from the back each time.
