I trained in Muay Thai for two years, and honestly, shin protection made a big difference in my sessions. I bruised up pretty bad at first until I got myself high-quality muay thai shin guards. They stayed in place better and didn’t mess with my movement. Sparring got way smoother after that, especially when kicking and blocking low. Saved my shins and let me train harder without holding back.
I did Muay Thai for two years, and it gave me solid cardio and real fight skills. Elbows and knees in close are no joke, but conditioning was super tough at first.
