In a malay country, the chinese created problems celebrating thai festival.

They organise these events but neglect hsse. Health, safety, security environment. If cannot enforce these, better don't organise this type of unruly events.
 
Last week, the Burmese helpers in my neighbourhood were pouring bottled water all over each other in market to celebrate Songkran.

They were laughing so happily. Feel happy for them.
