Maximum Bodohration as usual.

If he is smart, he would have invested her savings in good blue chip stocks and enjoy on the high dividends then still can secure the principal.

But Muuds being muuds will never change.

Dumb 'as a sack of bricks'
If Adam had invested the $280K that he stole instead of spending it, he could have returned the entire sum to his grandma, and kept the interest. It was also silly of him to blame his granny for entrusting him with the bank accounts; she clearly did not give him consent to drain out her money. The lack of any remorse was not lost on the judge.

I suppose Adam Ilhan Mohamad Idhamsahbani who drained grandmother’s entire savings of $280K, and lied that she was scammed, is being held up as an example of an honest Malay.

Yep and he is punished for it. Grandma was scammed by the bugger so It's true.

So Adam made an honest mistake scamming his grandma???
You appear to share the same brain as Homer Simpson.

Malays, are too honest and lackadaisical. That's why PAP walk out with a island and international flight routes. If PAP had stalled negotiations longer, maybe get johore state as well.

Life would be less stressful, the cost of living (especially homes and cars) would be far more affordable, and we would have a hinterland providing agricultural products, raw materials, labour and vacation destinations for those living on our island.

LKY was impatient but at the same time aghast when he got the island. If he had been more patient,.......

S'pore island + Johor state would have been able to accommodate 6 million residents without escalating the cost of living like it has done to us for the past 11 years, when we have been the most expensive city in the world.

If he is so smart, he wouldn't be here in the first place liao la.

Knn.. might as well say he used the money to punt Arsenal (vs Real Madrid) and get 10x returns overnight!

Do you mean that if Adam is intelligent, he would have migrated to Malaysia so he could receive handouts like the Malays up north?

A lesson the Malay community needs to learn. Elderlies have to know who they can trust. Set up a test. And exclude those clearly showing immaturity, like playing games, buying fashionable stuff, make ups. Also those under the age of 28. All have tendencies to pinch money.
It applies to other communities but this doesn't happen much to them because the owners have natural distrusting nature.

Most young Malays do not have money, and lack the drive to look for gainful employment, so will have a greater tendency to steal from their parents or grandparents.
