List of mp possibly stepping down in GE 2025.

Did they chose to step down or being asked to? What do they do next?
MPs in S'pore are generally part-timers with most holding full-time jobs outside of their parliamentary duties. As such, an annual allowance of $192,500 is rather obscene. I doubt that any of them would leave of their own accord.

Ng Ling Ling is pretty? That is really scraping the bottom of the barrel.

If you were to compare her with the likes of DisGraceFu, Eggmy Khor, and Indranee, which one would you choose?

What difference does it make? When useless one steps down, more useless one will take over.
Huge difference. Young voters will vote for younger mp than the older ones especially if the reputation of these older mps stink like shit

The latest to step down are Lim Wee Kiat and Amy Khor.

They might be hated on this and other forums but they build up a good relation with the residents. PAP had to retire them before they become Tan Cheng Boks.

SINGAPORE – Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State for Transport and Sustainability and the Environment, will not contest the 2025 General Election after 24 years of service.

She is looking to advocate for issues including sustainability and active ageing in either the community or private sector, drawing from her experience in the Government, she told The Straits Times in an interview on April 14.

“Since I’m hale and hearty, I can look at what my next chapter would be, what I can contribute in, and pursue some of my aspirations, things I’ve not been able to do in the last 24 years,” she said
