An MDDI senior civil servant, Goh Hanyan, has resigned from her post.

She is a director in the Smart Nation Strategy Office, & the national AI group for policy/strategy.

The 2nd Permanent Secretary at MTI & MOM, Jeffrey Siow, has also resigned from the civil service.

He was Principal Private Secretary to then-PM Lee Hsien Loong from 2017 to 2021.

Both Goh & Siow are expected to run in the upcoming general election.

Everyone has not much choice to sell their soul in the beginning, unless they can break some secret code and earn their own money without Leeporting to anyone.
