Good enough talent will not want to stay. The only who has the higher chance of staying are the local and 2nd or 3rd generation foreign born kids from their father/mum

So it's vital not to lower down the barrier of employment to these foreigner. Not to lower down your barrier to PR and citizenships too.

Only then we can develop our own and not too dependent on these Foreign executive.
