Leo2 has SiC passive armourLeopard 2 much betterer than Abrams
But Abrams has a turbine engine that limits it's range n more complicated to fix ..Leo2 has SiC passive armour
M1 has reactive armour on top of passive armour with depleted uranium instead of SiC
In b4 china made tanks better than Leo and AbramsJust confirmed

just need to send CCS, Putin will sue for peace.SAF should also send our tanks and artillery to support Ukraine!
I believe that the Singapore government walks a balanced foreign policy tightrope, not offending China, Russia, USA and many others.SAF should also send our tanks and artillery to support Ukraine!
It's called playing out and backstabbing everyone to save your skin.I believe that the Singapore government walks a balanced foreign policy tightrope, not offending China, Russia, USA and many others.
Why not build drone tanks as well? Those drone dogs can search and kill infantrymen in the dark when they sleep. Both Tanks are far advanced modern super tanks, filled with hi-tech equipment & enhanced armored shielding that will ensure its survivability on the battlefield, when managed by well trained troops. However, like most tanks, there are weaknesses, & the major one is its fuel supply, & thus limited by its range in the operational areas, which should not be under -estimated by Generals on both sides, a danger & solutions should be found to limit the risks while ensuring tanks utilization for a successful outcome in battles.
1. As fuel supply will be targeted, thus it would be best if such supply depots are built underground. Most missiles can carry only a few hundred kg, & its impact depth does not go below 6ft. Thus, the fuel supplies underground would be protected below under such depths, which can be built using mere excavators to dig the ground in Forward Staging Battle Area.
2. Rather than to have the usual fuel trucks, which are unarmored, to resupply tanks at the frontline or to withdraw critical tank support to return to bases for fuel resupply, perhaps modern tech can help by using DRONE technology. Boston Dynamics had invented the robotic dog & proved that such units can be of use in the battlezone & even for security purposes. Going a step further, drone resupply trucks can be manufactured to resupply tanks in the battle field:-
a. It needs only to be the size of car, manned by Human operators far away, with tracked wheels to go over rough terrain
b. It will plated with passive & reactive armor & carries only engine & mechanical parts for movements, so that there are more space for fuel.
c. Its engine will be combustible or hybrid 5000cc engine, so that it can carry the armor & last longer to resupply tanks & resupply itself, to make many trips.
d. The reason for keeping it small rather one large carrier American style is so that should one be hit, many more others will be able to resupply.
e. Should it fall into enemy hands, it will carry a self-destruct mechanism, by signal from the drone operator, or within 30 seconds if not engaged by drone operator.
f. EMP weapons may be used upon such units, but EMP only stops the flow of current & does not fry its parts. Most electronics can be re-engaged again once the EMP wave passes.

Pardon my rough sketch, as time was limited (1 hour). I am sure the engineers at DARPA or Boston Dynamics can do a far far better job & the engineering of such drones.
Isn't that being done? Why not build drone tanks as well? Those drone dogs can search and kill infantrymen in the dark when they sleep.
