Chye sim, frozen prawn dumplings, udon, Korean soup stock (anchovy, dried kelp flavor).

Dumplings: CP brand frozen ones, bought from hawker or DIY handmade?

Looks bland. You don't add salt or any seasoning to your soup?

Nope it’s not bland. I used Korean soup stock (anchovy, dried kelp flavor).

Daiso also has a lot of Japanese miso-based soup stock: $2 only. More expensive ones can be found at Don Don Donki.

Meidi-ya also has them.

And speaking of Meidi-ya, Liang Court is currently being demolished. Another landmark bites the dust. :frown:

Ok good idea to check out daiso then. This Korean stock is more expensive.
