Yes, but I am curious whether the government pays for a certain portion of each meal. To help students pay less. Hence, school canteen food is usually cheaper than outside. I know they pay lower stall rent. Not sure.
But me nephew gots some vouchers from MOE to makan.
Cant rmb the value but goodest enough for a decent school meal.
They should have added a small piece of banana leaf to make the nasi lemak experience more authentic, but that would probably raise the price to at least $1.60.

Donch forget hantum bola and kutu kutuThose days we busy playing, catching spiders and all- where got time to eat? where got time?
you'll end up with fat kids, teachers and school administrators since meals are free in some school districts, and these freeloaders keep going back in line to (help) clear the free food. "free" things lead to abuses. this is happening at oakland schools where almost everyone is either fat or getting fat.Wholesome school meals should be free and provided for by the state,
is the $1 nasi lemak still available in tpy?
