Those logs would show which IPs were connected but I doubt if they would be able to associate the connections with particular accounts.
However if you were running a child porn ring or a terrorist cell the CIA would be able to track you down.

It's easy to use, nothing to configure and it works fantastically well. There is no way I could track someone connecting via the TOR network even if I wanted to.
The added advantage is that you have access to the dark web which is where most of the action is nowadays. 90% of all internet activity is now in the dark web.
