Haha, PAP report one, opposition report ten. See who scare who.

Very true. But people got eyes to see how unfair and dirty they are.

The whole of Singapore knows that the PAP stacks the cards but that does not stop 70% or more from voting for them. That's why the PAP does not care what people think.

Police report made against Ong Ye Kung for allegedly abetting primary school child to participate in election activity

A police report has been said to be filed against People’s Action Party (PAP)’s Ong Ye Kung on Sunday (5 July) over the offence of abetting a primary school child to participate in an election activity.
As seen by TOC, a person said that that he had lodged a police report against Mr Ong over a “possible offence of having abetted a primary school child to participate in an election activity under s83 Parliamentary Elections Act rw s 107 Penal Code, punishable under s83(5) of the same Act”.
“Being an ‘arrestable offence’, if the police suspect the offence has been committed they have the discretion of arresting Mr Ong without a warrant,” the person wrote.
Noting that he was reluctant to make police report initially, the person however reasoned that, “it seems that there are people out there that seem intent on turning election campaigning into an exercise of fear.”

According to the person who filed the police report, the police have also started to investigate the allegations against Mr Ong.
“I received a telephone call from one IO Lam from Tanglin Div who told me that my report was very detailed and that she would look into it – this means the police have started investigating my allegations against Mr Ong Ye Kung,” the person stated.

It was noted that the person was called for an interview at the police station yesterday, however there is no police statement issued about the matter thus far.
Earlier, it was reported that Mr Ong, who is PAP’s candidate in Sembawang Group GRC took down a video of him talking to a boy in school uniform from his Facebook page after being informed by authorities that it is not in line with electoral rules.
He then took to his Facebook on 2 July, stating that the video has been taken down and apologised on the matter.
“We have been informed by authorities that this is not in line with electoral rules. We have therefore taken down the video,” he wrote. “We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
In his post, he described that he had a “nice conversation” with the boy who lives in Sembawang and they spoke about “how it is a good place to grow up”.
“Jony is a great sport, we had a good chat, and we put up a short vid,” Mr Ong asserted.
Under the Parliamentary Elections Act, primary and secondary school students are prohibited to take part in any election activities. This means they are not allowed to appear in a video or take part in activities to promote a political party for the election.

Film-maker Martyn See makes police report against PAP MP Lam Pin Min

SINGAPORE - Film-maker Martyn See made a police report on Thursday against People's Action Party (PAP) MP Lam Pin Min, whom he accused of making racially seditious comments.

Dr Lam had posted on his Facebook page earlier this month about three Singaporean men who were arrested at Thaipusam celebrations on February 3 for various offences. These include disorderly conduct and voluntarily causing hurt to a police officer.

Linking to a blogpost that has since been deleted, Dr Lam wrote: "An example of how alcohol intoxication can cause rowdiness and public nuisance."
In his police report on Thursday, Mr See charged that these comments "distorted an allegation by the Police into a statement of fact".

A police statement on the trio's arrest said that "all three men were believed to have been drinking earlier as they smelt strongly of alcohol."

But, Mr See said, this has yet to be established by the authorities as fact and the three men have not yet been tried.

In saying that the three were intoxicated while participating in the holy festival of Thaipusam, Dr Lam incited enmity towards the Hindu community, he charged.

The whole of Singapore knows that the PAP stacks the cards but that does not stop 70% or more from voting for them. That's why the PAP does not care what people think.
The 70% is the problem. They are doing singaporeans in for decades.

A police report was filed against local social media influencer, Xiaxue, over a 2010 tweet that allegedly contained racist remarks against migrant workers in Singapore.

Reported on July 6

Vignesh Sankar Iyer, 21, told Mothership that he filed the report on Monday (July 6) and filmed an Instagram video whilst doing so.
In the video, Vignesh highlighted some Instagram comments that Xiaxue made regarding Workers’ Party (WP) candidate Raeesah Khan on July 5 and 6.
Raeesah is currently under police investigation over two online posts for allegedly promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion or race.
Here are screenshots of Xiaxue's posts about Raeesah. The posts are still available on her Instagram account.

Xiaxue's old tweet allegedly targeting migrant workers

In his video, Vignesh specifically pointed out this sentence that Xiaxue wrote in one of her posts:

"I'm not a fan of the lack of freedom of speech we have in Sg, but I love it that whether you post woke or anti-woke comments, the govt is gonna come after you all the same."

Vignesh subsequently showed a 2010 tweet by Xiaxue that allegedly targeted migrant workers.
Although the tweet in question was featured in his video, it has since been deleted from Xiaxue’s Twitter account.
The tweet stated, based on Vignesh's video:

"Coz they molest people and f*** our maids and leer at girls and flood little India!! Yeah I’m stereotyping, but f*** u if u say its not true."

He then filed an online police report over the tweet.
Here's the full police report:
