That reminds me of a certain lady in a condo estate I used to live in years back. She was in her early thirties and in an unhappy marriage. She was an avid drinker and kept very late hours. Either a cab or a boyfriend would send her home in the wee hours. She was also fond of slipping into our pool for a nude moonlight swim. Our security guards were obviously sleeping or taking photos from the bushes.
All the more proof that unsavory characters need not be short term rental guests. Can be home owner can be long term tenant. Makes no difference at all to me the wise one.

No, she was an exception (and a welcomed one for the guys!). There were also AMDK guests of some owners or tenants during the F1 races, they made a mess of the pool areas and caused a commotion at 3am-4am. They were drunk and unruly.
