关于楼价，李嘉诚说“我不敢说，现在过去这两年，差不多高了一倍的价钱，现在我们的楼价是和一般的市民收入是脱节的。尤其是我们现在需要多一点公屋、居屋，令到普罗大众不会因为住的问题，令到他生活有最大困难。”
