PAP has blamed Singapore households for breeding mosquitoes causing dengue and zika:

Yes, the breakdowns, Hep C, zika, etc show the Ministers are overworked and have no time to focus on the problems. PAP Ministers are shouldering heavy burdens and ought to be well compensated...Big pay rise for PAP Ministers
