The problem is not as simple as women wanting to wear the pants

The PAP has screwed things up in Spore e.g. stop at two, womens charter, exploiting women's labour at the cost of family life, .... Even NS contributes to the shortage of manpower in the work place. It also creates an oppurtunity gap between males & females within an age cohort.
