If that statement on the slide was true, we would not have this level of unhappiness and bitter complaints that is played out daily across the country. It is not isolated. It is not infrequent and it is not superficial either. Its rather deep. Freely handing over citizenship on the basis of covering the replacement rate shows that something is not working within the policy domain of the government. Since we have the academic cream of society in these places, people who have received a broad based education in an advanced country, what could then be the issue.

Asset appreciation? How to see asset appreciation if you need to chase after runaway inflation.

Mass immigration of foreigners means sinkies are delegated to the backseat in the economy of SG.

Minimum sum means sinkies do not get to enjoy their money pooled from their sweats while still alive. Min sum is available after the sinkie is dead and it goes to his nominee. No nominee? It goes to the Govt. How can it be said to be a Singaporean first policy when the sinkie cannot even touch his min sum money on his death bed?
