Yup read about that in Glenn's book. Recall AGC commenting that Glen was sala in his interpretation. Would need legally trained bros in this forum to enlighten us. Should be interesting.

Today CJ Surresh threw the court case back to district judge and ordered District Judge to review the case again under Newtown Hearing.
