There is already a 3rd IR here for a long time!!....it comes with shopping & eating...walk into any fairprice supermarkets you get a betting booth, any Cheers convenience store..most of them have...that is the 3rd IR...not to mention, their entertainment centre with "one arm bandits" & TOMBOLA..huat ah!
The next casino will be built in 2017 on the southern islands....like Lazarus island.

1) Build Isthmus of Kra. Help to finance and kickstart the project.
2) Get rid of the oil refinery business. The future of car is electric and maybe zero point energy will be discovered. Carbon-based fuel is obsolete.
3) Convert Jurong Island to a casino resort. Tell Shell and Exxon Mobil etc. to pack up and go home.
