I won't necessary calls it phase one, as phase one the entire block had been bought over by a Singapore-led group of investors. In the open market phase (biz-to-consumer), 3 "launching" in Singapore and close to 80% sold. If you are looking for pricing, in a short span of about 10 months, market calling price had risen by close to S$14,000, which is easily about 12%.
