phnom penh uses USD, there is a casino there but around the size of our bay sands. museums and palace, killing fields. i stayed at inter continental but it's slightly away from the pubs and good restaurants, i think novotel seems better nearer to all the happening places. i paid corporate rate at ard USD150 per night. if you are into buddhism, should go see see...cheap stuff, i think cab are fairly charged at ard USD9 to city area from airport for about 20 mins ride.
