Well said. It also very much depends on the company that you keep, the school that you come from and the people that you interact with in the course of your work. NS was quite an eye opener. I saw some selfish and boorish behaviour across some characters within the training cohort but race was not the differentiating factor. You could see some chaps displaying some anti-social traits as training went full tilt and the pressure was on but after passing out, act very cool as though they were one of the better models. Still see some of them and I am sure deep down they known the rest would rather trust some random Indians, Eurasians, Malays, Mongolians etc than them.

I have never found race an issue until the FT overflow and the cultural habits that they bring. It has affected the country's landscape.
