Some teenagers were seen misbehaving near the Singapore Flyer, detaching a mobile staircase leading to a bus parked there, and one even climbed to the top of the vehicle!
Heather was at the scene on Aug 10, Sunday, when she caught sight of their antics.
She said in her email:
"I was at the Singapore Flyer last night (Sunday, 11 August) when I noticed a group of boys (around the ages of 18 and 21) behaving recklessly around the Duck Tour bus which was parked at a nearby outdoor car park.
"One of the boys even went as far as detaching the mobile staircase leading towards the bus, and pushing it around the car park.
"But what I felt was extremely dangerous was another boy who climbed up the stairs, and onto the open-air top deck of the bus. He later pulled the rest of his friends on top of the bus, and they started making a lot of noise.
"I wonder if the company which manages the Duck Tour bus is aware of the mischief sometimes caused by rowdy teenagers on board the buses late at night."
