Angmo Kio Curry Puff now in Toa Payoh

Tried his cuff puff the other day...it is good lah. The skin is thin and got chicken in every bite. More importantly, all the staff are local not like the one in located in Ang Mo Kio.

Years ago there was a curry puff shop in AMK that was fined for evading the GST. I was wondering if this is the same shop At that time I read that the shop was making something like $700,000 +

It may seem alot but compared to what some PAP MPs are making it's peanuts. We now see hawkers struggling with high rentals and see the food quality down. Thank you PAP for bringing us higher prices

It's different one........the tax evasion is Tip Top......this is AMK.......how come all the good curry puff originate from AMK?

The one closest to the MRT/HDB Centre. When you exit KFC the curry is one of the stalls 20m to the left.

It is the same boss. He sold off tip-top due to difference with the partner and started this on his own. He was the one who started Tip-Top, so the current tip-top in AMK is not the original boss anymore.

I have been eating tip-top curry puff since mid 1980s...

oh paiseh i stand corrected.......dun say i hindsight........tried Tip Top recently and it sucks........machiam the size shrank liao.....the same coffeeshop next to jubilee in the early 90s used to see the aunties making the puffs then i recall commenting the boss damn welfare workers inside aircon room one
