Shoplifter who bruised and bit woman had also stolen phone from pushcart owner

The girl who bit and bruised a shop owner after she was caught for shoplifting on Friday also stole a phone from another shopowner last month.

STOMPer Lim, who wrote about her ordeal with the 15-year-old girl in length yesterday, said a pushcart owner responded to her post and informed her of the girl's other theft in February.

Said Lim:

"The shoplifter is actually on a pending case of another stealing case which happened last month.

"I've attached what the lady owner of a pushcart in Orchard Central told me. I hope people will think before trying to steal anything again."

its an open secret amongst all under-16s that they can get away with murder. the police will not take action but simply refer them to their school. i have worked with delinquent kids under-16 who defiantly smoke outside the police post knowing they can get away with it.
